Supported Chains

Did you just bridge funds to your Binance Web3 Wallet and can't see your funds? Did you bridge to one of these chains and currencies?

  • Bitcoin (BTC)

  • Ethereum (ETH)

  • Solana (SOL)

  • Base (ETH on Base)

  • Polygon (POL)

You can switch your chains easily to see your ETH, POL, SOL, etc. Check out their docs to learn more: https://www.binance.com/en/support/faq/web3-wallet

Unsupported Chains

Did you bridge funds from a chain not listed above? Unfortunately, Binance Web3 Wallet does not support adding custom chains. What does that mean? You can't add chains like Ape Chain, Zora Chain, Cyber or more to your wallet. If you can't change chains, you won't be able to see your funds, send funds from your wallet, or complete transactions on that chain. You can see the full list on supported chains for Binance Web3 Wallet at the bottom of this article.

Export Binance Web3 Wallet

The current solution will be export and import your Binance Web3 Wallet wallet into another client. Metmask, Coinbase, and Rainbow all support adding custom chains. That way you can access your Xai, Sroll, Ape, or other funds easily.

Please check out Binance's official documentation for how to export you wallet:

Never share your private keys with anyone. We at Relay will never ask for your private keys or passphrase.

Import to Another Client

Once exported, import your keys into a wallet that supports custom chains. Please confirm with a wallet's official documentation to understand if they support your customer chain and tokens. See the official documentation from a few selected wallets below:
