The first time you swap a particular token, you’ll need to approve it, ensuring that Relay has permission to move the token on your behalf.
Here's how it works:
1. Enter swap details
2. Click 'Approve & Swap'
3. Approve token in your wallet
Before proceeding with the swap, you will be prompted to approve the token in your wallet. This step authorizes Relay to access the token for the swap you are performing. Relay currently limits this approval to the amount you are swapping, which ensures that only the necessary amount is approved.
This transaction includes network costs.
4. Confirm the swap transaction in your wallet
5. Once the transaction is completed, you will see the 'Success' screen
