Open the Support Chat + 'Send Us A Message'

Choose “Issue with my bridge or swap”
This helps route your request to the right place.
Check Transaction Status First
The chat may prompt you to confirm the status on the transactions page. If it's still pending or stuck, continue with your request.
Include the Following Info in Your Message

🔹 Origin Chain (where the transaction started)
🔹 Destination Chain (where the funds were sent)
🔹 Transaction Hash or Block Explorer Link
