How to Submit a Support Request on Relay

Need help with a transaction? Here's how to contact the Relay support team through our in-app chat for the fastest response.

  • Connect the wallet you were using when the issue occurred.

Open the Support Chat + 'Send Us A Message'

  • Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen (on desktop or mobile) and select 'Send Us A Message'

Choose “Issue with my bridge or swap”

  • This helps route your request to the right place.

Check Transaction Status First

  • The chat may prompt you to confirm the status on the transactions page. If it's still pending or stuck, continue with your request.

Include the Following Info in Your Message

  • 🔹 Your Wallet Address

  • 🔹 Origin Chain (where the transaction started)

  • 🔹 Destination Chain (where the funds were sent)

  • 🔹 Transaction Hash or Block Explorer Link

  • ✍️ Brief description of the issue (Include any error messages or screenshots if possible)

  • Support is not 24/7, but we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

  • Twitter DMs are not monitored regularly for support.

  • Use the Transactions Page to check your transaction before reaching out.

  • The more detail you provide upfront, the faster we can help!
