How to Submit a Support Ticket on Relay

Need help with a transaction? Here's how to contact the Relay support team through our in-app chat for the fastest response.

  • If possible, connect the wallet you were using when the issue occurred.

Check Transaction Status First

  • The chat messenger window has an button to 'Check on your transaction status 🕵️‍♂️'

  • Start here to find your Relay transaction page if your wallet is connected. If it's failed, pending, stuck, or you still have questions despite it showing 'Success,' continue with your request.

Open the Support Chat + 'Create a Ticket'

  • Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen (on desktop or mobile) and select 'Create a Ticket'

Fill out this form

Include the Following Info in Your Message

  • 🔹 Your Wallet Address

  • 🔹 Origin Chain (where the transaction started)

  • 🔹 Destination Chain (where the funds were sent)

  • 🔹 Transaction Hash or Block Explorer Link

  • ✍️ Brief description of the issue (Include any error messages or screenshots if possible)
