Every swap and bridge on Relay gets its own transaction page. That page shows the current status, both sides of the transfer, the transaction hashes, and the fees. This guide covers how to find it and how to read it.
Option 1: Open it right after your transfer
When a swap or bridge finishes, Relay shows a link to the transaction page. Click that link to go straight to the details.
It is worth bookmarking the page or copying the URL. The link stays valid, so you can come back to it at any time.
Option 2: Look it up on the transactions page
If you no longer have the link, you can search for your transfer.
Step 1: Go to the transactions page
Visit relay.link/transactions. This page shows a live feed of all Relay activity, so your transfer will not be at the top. You need to filter it.
Step 2: Filter for your transfer
Use the Filter by wallet address, ENS, or transaction hash box at the top left. You can paste any one of the following:
The wallet address you sent from, or the address you sent to.
An ENS name, for example
yourname.eth.The transaction hash of the transfer, taken from your wallet history or a block explorer.
Press Enter to apply the filter. You can also narrow the list with the Route dropdowns on the right to set the From and To chains.
If you see No transactions were found, check the notes at the bottom of this article.
Step 3: Open the transaction
Click the row to open the Transaction Details page.
What the transaction page shows
The banner at the top gives the overall status:
Success means the transfer completed. It also shows how long it took.
Processing means it is still in progress.
Failure means it did not complete.
Below the banner, the transfer is shown as two sides.
From / Deposit: the funds you sent
Amount and Currency that left your wallet.
Chain you sent from.
Sender Address, the wallet the funds came from.
Transaction Hash of your deposit.
Timestamp of the deposit.
To / Fill: the funds you received
Amount and Currency that were delivered.
Chain the funds were delivered on.
Recipient Address, the wallet that received the funds.
Transaction Hash of the fill.
Timestamp of the fill.
While a transfer is still processing, the Fill side stays empty until the funds are delivered.
Fee Breakdown
At the bottom, Fee Breakdown itemises what the transfer cost, including deposit gas, execution cost, platform fee, and swap cost. For more on how fees are set, see Why can bridging be expensive?
Copying a hash or address
Each address and transaction hash has two icons next to it. The arrow icon opens it on the block explorer for that chain. The copy icon copies the full value to your clipboard.
Sharing your transaction with support
If you need help with a transfer, send us the full URL of the transaction page, for example https://relay.link/transaction/.... That single link gives us everything we need. If you have it, the deposit transaction hash is helpful too.
If you cannot find your transaction
Check that you pasted the full address or hash. A partial value will not match.
Try the other side of the transfer. If the sending address returns nothing, search the receiving address instead.
Make sure you are searching the wallet you actually used. If your wallet has several accounts, it may have been a different one.
If you started the swap inside another app or wallet rather than on relay.link, search the address that app sent from.
Give a very recent transfer a moment. It needs to confirm on the source chain before it appears.
